Step outside and you’re moments from the Bass Museum of Art or a sunset walk along the Collins Avenue corridor—still echoing with mid-century glamour.

Further afield, the Wynwood culinary scene buzzes with experimental kitchens, while the Design District blends fashion, art, and architecture into one curated enclave. But you don’t need to leave the neighbourhood to feel the shift—this stretch of beach balances Miami’s layered legacy with its ever-evolving rhythm.

From Jessy Nite’s woven cityscapes in the Townhouses to Hayley Moree’s palm-inspired paintings and ceramics by Clara Arbuniés, each space becomes its own quiet gallery. Signature suites—like the Two-Bedroom Penthouse or the Pool Villas—offer private terraces, kitchens, and framed views of both the Atlantic and the hotel’s historic pool deck.

With five destinations designed in partnership with Lowder-Tascarella Hospitality, The Shelborne’s culinary offering is bold but grounded. Michelin-starred Chef Abram Bissell leads the charge, alongside beverage savant Christopher Lowder.

Pauline, the signature restaurant, focuses on refined seafood-forward plates in an elevated but unpretentious setting. Little Torch is an intimate cocktail bar where the atmosphere is as finely tuned as the drink list. The Café nods to local Cuban and Caribbean bakeries, while The Bar shifts from quiet coffee nook to nightlife hub with creations like coconut-aged Manhattans and Cubano Katsu sandos.
